At City Hospice, our team cares for patients across the city, managing their symptoms and offering essential support. This means each person in our care can live their lives to the fullest for as long as possible.
We’re looking to increase our number of volunteer patient drivers who support us by transporting patients to and from their homes to our hospice in Whitchurch.
Our patients are based across the city and often need support with transport to attend on Monday afternoons.
By using your own car to transport our patients, you’ll be enabling them to socialise with other people, receive complementary therapies, and have some much-needed entertainment.

Our patient groups run on a Monday between 1:30pm and 3:30pm, with patients coming from across the city. We are hoping to extend our day Centre services to an extra day so if you’re unable to volunteer on a Monday please still get in touch
