Housing Justice is an organization dedicated to tackling homelessness and promoting housing justice across The United Kingdom. We work through various initiatives, including Sanctuary Citadel, to provide practical support and create pathways to stable housing for those in need.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Sanctuary Citadel is specifically focused on supporting sanctuary seekers in temporary accommodation. Volunteers play a crucial role in providing one-to-one support, helping individuals navigate challenges, and fostering a sense of belonging in the community.
Tasks Involved:
Volunteers might help with setting up and sustaining tenancies, assisting with daily living needs, and guiding newcomers through local services and systems.
