Popham Peer Mentor Popham Charity Champion

Popham Kidney Support (PKS) has a simple aim to provide children, youths and adults with kidney disease, and their families and carers, in Wales to lead a better quality of life.

Popham Peer Mentor (PPM)- The role is to provide support to a person new to kidney disease and those experiencing difficulty or going through a change in circumstances. A PPM listens and provides emotional support, information or signposts to other services.

Charity Champion- Our Charity Champions are passionate individuals who are committed to supporting PKS. You will work alongside the PKS Team to support the charity, raising money in your area, identify new fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of PKS and their Services.
