VCS Cymru is currently looking for volunteers to be part of The Attic Project team. The project is a 3 year funded project by the Big Lottery Fund and is a joint partnership between Care & Repair and VCS Cymru. 2. editing audio recording
3. transcribing the recorded interview and summarising the contents with focus on historical information
4. Matching audio with visual images and finding the best ways to pass these down to the client
Required Skills:
1) Excellent interpersonal skills – to be able to interact effectively with a wide range of interviewees
2) Clear and concise communication skills, especially good oral communication skills
3) Good listening skills
4) Organised and reliable
5) Willingness to work as part of a team
6) Have an interest with decluttering and working with older people
